Well October is coming around the corner soon, and that means hockey season starts! Electronic Arts is releasing their new installment of NHL 17 on September 13, 2016. I for one am super stoked for this game. Playing the previous few years, and seeing the improvements each year has been rewarding. EA released a public beta back on July 28th, but I was unable to get ahold of it because of scheduling issues.
A few of the game modes that we will get to see are;
The World Cup of Hockey this is a tournament that a player can get into and see if they can take their team to win the World Cup.
Draft Champions which basically allows you to build the team of your fantasies
ECHL which is a North American Hockey league featuring all 27 teams.
Upon reading some of the reviews of the beta, NHL 17 has gotten very positive feedback, some even claiming that it will “rejuvenate the franchise”.
