Here you have it folks, the reveal trailer for the zombie mode in Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, Zombies in Spaceland. If I’m being perfectly honest here, this looks terrible. I haven’t been too impressed by anything related to Call of Duty Infinite Warfare as of yet, except the re-release of Call of Duty 4, but this just does not appeal to me at all.
When the zombies mode was first introduced back in World at War I thought it was a cool addition, but not one that I played on a regular basis. Now that they include it in every release in the series, it’s gotten pretty old. There’s just so much going on in the zombies mode these days that I never know what to do or where to go. At least in the original version of the mode it was just one house, now it’s huge maps with tons of different areas… I’m not feeling it.
On top of that, this version, “Zombies in Spaceland” just looks too over-the-top. I think Infinity Ward has officially lost their title as my favorite Call of Duty developer, although I did enjoy the aliens mode in Ghosts… at least it was something different.
I know there are a lot of people out there that will enjoy this new zombies mode, but I’m not going to be one of them. Hell, I’m still not even sure if I’m going to buy Call of Duty Infinite Warfare yet…
